What an exciting opportunity it was to take part as an exhibitor at the 2017 786 Ramadan Expo. Presented by 786 100.4 FM in partnership with Spice Mecca and Muslim Hands; the expo event is truly one of a kind in our beautiful city that brings our diverse cultures together with good food and great people.

As an exhibitor, we could chat with hundreds of people who came out to show their support for the Ramadan Expo and many other featured exhibitors. Double “O” proudly had its own stall, selling its beloved soft-drinks to fans of the most fun flavour in SA. We also handed out some awesome hamper goodies to a few lucky attendees.

The Spice Mecca Ramadan Expo provides a platform for the 786 100.4 FM station’s listeners and others to support the exhibitioners through donations and purchasing of goods. Attendees could also do their pre- Ramadaan shopping as there were plenty of goodies to choose from. The event also saw the first Jumu’ah (or Friday Prayers) performed at one of Cape Town’s oldest heritage sites, the Castle of Good Hope.
